Accepted Insurances

The Fertility Institute of New Jersey and New York is proud to be in-network with many of our region’s leading insurance providers. Below is a list of the insurance companies with which we are in-network. Insurance contracts can change, and benefits for fertility treatments are plan-specific, so unfortunately just being in-network doesn’t mean there’s coverage for fertility treatment. When you book an appointment at our office, we will collect your insurance information and one of our Patient Service Representatives will call to determine your benefits and will email you a detailed account of your coverage, before you come in for consultation. We encourage all patients to be familiar with their insurance plans and to contact your insurance provider to better understand your coverage. If you have any questions you are welcome to call us.

NOTE: All United Healthcare plans, Oxford, 1199, Meritain, GHI, Emblem, Magnacare, Qualcare, Clover, and any Medicaid plans are considered self-pay in our office. If you have out-of-network benefits with any of these plans you can submit on your own to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not submit on your behalf.
